how to: longer hair faster

1. TRIM YOUR HAIR OFTEN

While it might seem weird to trim your hair while you are growing it out, you want to cut the dead ends off. Your hair can’t grow if you have split ends. If you straighten and blow dry your hair everyday, you are giving a little damage to your hair, so snipping off those dead ends will let you grow your hair faster!

2. HOT OIL SCALP MASSAGES

If you have a best friend or a better half, why not have them give you a hot oil scalp massage? This is one of the how to make your hair grow faster methods that really works! Just heat up a hot oil treatment, rub it into your scalp, wait a little while and you’ll see, your hair will feel thicker, softer and longer!

3. EGG WHITES

A lot of people believe that this how to make your hair grow faster method doesn’t work, but egg whites have been known to have healing properties in them that put vitamins back into your hair! Just crack open a few eggs, strain out the yolks and make an egg white mask for your hair. Instantly, your hair will look ten times healthier and will feel a lot stronger – which in turn, will allow your hair to grow faster!

4. DRINK WATER

Water helps everything, but it is a quick and easy natural method that will make your hair grow a lot faster. If you drink about 8 cups of water a day, not only will your body feel better, but your hair will get stronger. The stronger the hair, the faster that it grows.

5. BRUSH YOUR HAIR

I’m not saying over brush your hair though. We aren’t Marcia Brady who brushed her blond hair 100 times every night. Once or twice in the morning and once or twice at night will stimulate the hair follicle and will ensure that your hair grows faster.

6. DO NOT BLOW DRY

If you cut down on the blow drying of your hair though, I promise that your hair will be healthier and you won’t have nearly as many split ends. I know that I’ve cut down to just four times a week (that’s still a lot!) and I can already see a difference!

7. PROTEIN-FILLED FOOD

Did you know that what you eat actually makes a difference in how fast your hair grows? If you eat a lot of protein-filled food, you will see a huge difference in how your hair feels and how fast it grows. Things like fish, eggs and even different meats all make a difference!

8. POTATO WATER

Your hair can actually get really dry and can get really brittle if you are lacking a lot of vitamins in your system. Vitamin B is the vitamin that most effective to hair growth. Stock up on Vitamin B and I promise your hair will get longer and thicker!

9. CONDITIONER TREATMENT

In order to grow really long hair, you have to have a super healthy scalp and also keep your own hair in good health. A deep conditioner treatment a week honestly helps! Every time I do a conditioner treatment, my hair feels like silk afterward.
